This year will be off to an exciting start as our Mason Dixon Chapter hosts the 2018 DOAI Southeast Regional Rally at Lazydays RV from January 28th thru February 3rd. This Rally is a major event with about 115 Discovery coaches registered to participate. Of course featured during the rally will be CAMP DISCOVERY which is a series of presentations on the maintenance of the various systems found on a Discovery motorhome.
A new feature at this year's rally will be the inclusion of Geeks on Tour, giving seminars on computer and phone technology we operate and use. This will be presented by Jim and Chris Guld who are the Geeks on Tour and information on them and their programs may be found at www.geeksontour.com . Jim and Chris will also hold one on one sessions to answer your questions and help you with any technology concerns.
As rally hosts under the direction of Marshall Godwin our Rallymaster we are responsible for the smooth operation of all aspects of the rally from registration through all activities and wrap up. Participation by all chapter members will contribute greatly to the success of the rally. Meetings on the rally preparations and plans will be held at Lazydays during the week preceeding the rally and again during the rally as needed.
We will hold a chapter meeting during the rally to plan our Chapter rallies for 2018.
